This group class will take you through 5 easy steps to heal your chronic illnesses, get glowing & youthful skin, lose weight and allow you to regain control of your health issues. You will learn how to prepare certain foods so you no longer feel bloated, gassy, irritated, moody, unstable energy, cold, hot, etc. after a meal. At the end of the program, you will experience more energy, relief from chronic pain, clearer and firmer skin, weight loss, more focus, along with a myriad of other benefits over time. You will learn tips, tricks, and ancient wisdom secrets to have a long lasting, sustainable change to your overall health and lifestyle.

We will meet once a week every Thursday for 1 hour at 7PM EST for 5 weeks. Next class begins TBD. You will be able to watch recordings and submit questions in a group chat if you cannot attend live sessions. Full lifetime access to recordings.
